Job summary

PlayOn! Sports is seeking a Cloud Security Engineer to secure a multi-cloud environment (GCP and AWS) and scale AI services. You’ll own cloud security posture, automate guardrails in pipelines, and shape how security is built into the platform.

You will work hands-on to implement controls, manage CSPM tools, and extend IaC with Terraform, while embedding security into CI/CD and container workloads on EKS. This role emphasizes practical, scalable security across modern cloud workloads and

Qualifications

• Experience securing GCP and AWS in production
• Infrastructure-as-code mindset using Terraform
• Proficiency with GitHub workflows and CI/CD security
• Hands-on with CSPM tooling (CrowdStrike CSPM) and Prowler
• Kubernetes security experience (preferably EKS)

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and maintain security controls across GCP and AWS
• Operate and tune CSPM to monitor posture and drive remediation
• Run Prowler assessments and integrate findings into tickets
• Build security infrastructure as code with Terraform
• Embed security into CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions)
• Secure container workloads on EKS with RBAC and network policies
• Define guardrails for AI adoption (Bedrock, Gemini)
• Develop agentic security detection and response capabilities
• Investigate cloud security incidents and lead improvements
• Develop tooling to improve detection coverage and metrics
