Job summary

TechTrend, Inc. is seeking an experienced Security Engineer to support security functions across multiple cloud environments, focusing on AWS and Azure. You will lead cloud security initiatives across strategy, design, implementation, and operations.

Responsibilities include securing Azure identity and networks, implementing Defender and Sentinel SIEM/SOAR, and applying Azure governance with policy and blueprints. Hybrid work with weekly Reston office visits is offered.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of full-time experience in cloud security roles.
• Hands-on experience with AWS, Azure, and GCP.
• Experience securing Azure identity, network, and governance.

Responsibilities

• Lead and deliver cloud security evaluations for Azure, AWS, GCP, containers, and SaaS solutions.
• Define security requirements for cloud-based architectures.
• Continuously assess threats and recommend security control improvements.
• Implement Zero Trust controls across identity, endpoints, network, apps, and data.
• Deploy and operate Defender/Microsoft Sentinel SIEM/SOAR capabilities.
