The candidate will translate business needs into scalable cloud solutions, collaborating with ITS teams and stakeholders at all levels while balancing security with usability. Hybrid remote work is offered.

Qualifications

• Four-year degree and 5+ years in firewall, network, and server support.
• Experience in VoIP, DNS/DHCP, VPN, and TLS/SSL security.
• Ability to design, configure, and operate enterprise cloud platforms.

Responsibilities

• Architect and administer enterprise cloud collaboration and messaging platforms.
• Lead security configurations including SSO, MFA, OAuth/OIDC and CA policies.
• Implement identity lifecycle management and RBAC across cloud services.
• Ensure compliance with FOIA, CJIS, NIST, and HIPAA requirements.
• Analyze licensing, utilization, and cost with automated reports.
