Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum 3+ years of project management experience in IT software, services, or technology delivery.
• Experience leading infrastructure, cloud, virtualization, and IT transformation projects.
• Strong knowledge of project management methodologies, governance, and delivery best practices.
• Experience managing scope, schedules, budgets, risks, and stakeholder communications.
• Proven ability to manage multiple concurrent projects with competing priorities.

Responsibilities

• Define project objectives, scope, deliverables, and success criteria with stakeholders.
• Establish governance and controls appropriate to project complexity.
• Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, and documentation.
• Coordinate activities across consultants, customers, partners, and teams.
• Manage scope, schedule, budget, forecasts, and change requests using PM methods.
• Identify and elevate risks, issues, dependencies, and decisions to ensure success.
• Monitor progress and drive resolution of obstacles impacting delivery timelines.
• Facilitate meetings, steering committees, status reviews, and communications.
• Provide accurate status reporting to customers and leadership.
• Maintain data in systems of record and support revenue forecasting.
• Collaborate with PMO to improve delivery processes and standards.
• Support pre-sales with planning, estimation, and risk assessments.
