Qualifications

• 3+ years of project management experience in IT software, professional services, or technology delivery.
• Proven experience leading customer-facing infrastructure, cloud, software, virtualization, and IT transformation projects.
• Experience with Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid delivery methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Define project objectives, scope, deliverables, and acceptance criteria with customers and stakeholders.
• Establish governance and controls appropriate to project complexity.
• Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, and resource plans.
• Coordinate activities across consultants, architects, customer teams, partners and stakeholders.
• Manage scope, schedule, budget, forecasts, and change requests using PM methodologies.
• Identify and manage risks, issues, dependencies, and decisions to ensure outcomes.
• Monitor progress and resolve obstacles that affect timelines or quality.
• Facilitate meetings, steering committees, and stakeholder communications.
• Provide accurate status reporting to customers and leadership.
• Maintain project data and support revenue forecasting in systems of record.
• Collaborate with PMO to improve delivery processes and tools.
• Partner with sales, services sales, consulting, and delivery teams during planning and closeout.
• Assist with pre-sales planning, effort estimation, and risk assessments.
