Job summary

Nutanix is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead IT modernization and hybrid cloud deployment initiatives for our customers. You will coordinate with consultants, architects, and delivery teams to ensure projects hit scope, schedule, and budget while delivering business value.

The role requires strong governance, risk management, and stakeholder communication across executive and technical teams, with PMP certification and 3+ years of delivery experience.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of project management experience in IT software or tech delivery.
• Experience leading customer-facing infrastructure, cloud, software, virtualization, and IT transformation projects.
• Proven knowledge of PM methodologies, governance frameworks, and delivery best practices.

Responsibilities

• Define project objectives, scope, deliverables, success criteria, and acceptance criteria with stakeholders.
• Establish project governance and controls aligned to customer requirements.
• Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, milestones, and budgets.
• Coordinate activities across consultants, architects, customer teams, partners, and stakeholders.
• Proactively identify and manage risks, issues, and decisions to ensure successful outcomes.
• Provide regular status reporting to customers and leadership.
