Integration Innovation, Inc. in Huntsville, AL seeks a Hybrid Cloud Platform Engineer to design, deploy, and sustain secure hybrid-cloud capabilities bridging on‑premises infrastructure with Azure and AWS.

You will build reusable platform services, automate with IaC, and ensure compliance across DoW mission environments. The role requires 6+ years of experience, cloud and container expertise, strong security knowledge, and the ability to obtain a Secret DoD clearance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a technical field and 6+ years of experience.
• Hands-on experience with at least one major cloud provider (Azure and/or AWS).
• Experience with virtualization, enterprise storage, networking, Linux/Windows, containers, and Kubernetes.
• Infrastructure-as-code, automation, CI/CD, source control, and configuration management.
• Cloud security, Zero Trust, IAM, encryption, logging, vulnerability management, and compliance controls.
• Strong troubleshooting and systems-integration skills in complex environments.
• Ability to communicate effectively with technical teams, leadership, and government stakeholders.
• Must reside within 75 miles of Redstone Arsenal in Huntsville AL or relocate prior to start.
• Must have or obtain CompTIA Security+ CE or equivalent, before starting.
• Cloud certifications (Azure, AWS, CCSP, etc.).
• Ability to obtain and maintain a Secret U.S. Government Security Clearance.

Responsabilités

• Design and implement platform services for compute, storage, networking, identity, containers, observability, backup, and DR.
• Build infrastructure-as-code and configuration automation (Terraform, Ansible, PowerShell, Python).
• Develop reusable landing-zone and platform patterns for consistent deployment.
• Integrate cloud platforms with enterprise identity, PKI, DNS, logging, SIEM, and security services.
• Support containerized workloads and Kubernetes, including cluster config and networking.
• Implement secure DevSecOps pipelines, testing, patching, and deployment processes.
• Troubleshoot cross-domain infrastructure issues and ensure platform reliability.
• Collaborate with cybersecurity, data, software, network, and mission teams to meet security requirements.
• Produce documentation, architecture diagrams, SOPs, baselines, and runbooks.
• Create and monitor Azure storage solutions (Blob, File, Queue) with DR procedures.
