Job summary

Clio is seeking a Systems Engineer, Production to join our Platform Team. This role supports cloud-based products across Canada, with in-office requirements for hubs in Burnaby, Calgary, or Toronto at least twice per week on Anchor Days.

You will design, build, and operate AWS infrastructure, implement Infrastructure-as-Code with Terraform, and collaborate with developers to improve CI/CD pipelines, observability, and deployment strategies.

Qualifications

• Experience deploying AWS infrastructure at scale.
• Terraform expertise and IaC automation.
• Strong coding foundation with automation tooling experience.
• Experience with CI/CD systems and observability tooling.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain the AWS infrastructure supporting production environments.
• Implement and evolve Infrastructure-as-Code using Terraform.
• Collaborate with developers to improve CI/CD pipelines and deployment strategies.
• Enhance observability and reliability with monitoring, alerting, and incident response.
• Collaborate on cloud optimization for performance, cost, and security posture.
• Mentor team members and promote technical excellence.
