Qualifications

• Requires high school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's preferred.
• Minimum 3 years networking/infrastructure support experience, preferably in a law firm or professional services.
• Hands-on experience with LAN, SAN, WAN, SD-WAN, WLAN in Cisco/Meraki environments.
• Experience with Microsoft Intune and Windows Autopilot for endpoint management.
• Strong experience with Microsoft 365 admin, Exchange Online, SharePoint, OneDrive, Teams.
• Experience administering Azure Virtual Desktop (AVD).
• Experience with Windows Server 2016+ and Active Directory/Azure AD/Group Policy.
• Experience with VMware virtualization and cloud backup solutions.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with network and infrastructure staff to ensure reliable operations.
• Manage and maintain SD-WAN, LAN, WLAN, and Internet connections; monitor performance.
• Configure, maintain, and manage the SAN environment at data centers and co-location sites.
• Assist with monitoring network security using firewalls and IDS/IPS systems.
• Deploy, configure, and manage endpoints using Intune and Autopilot.
• Install, configure, and maintain VMware environments hosting Windows Server 2016+.
• Administer Microsoft 365 including Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, Teams.
• Manage Azure Virtual Desktop environments including session hosts and FSLogix.
• Support cloud migration and backup strategies across on-prem and cloud workloads.
• Create and maintain system documentation and network diagrams.
• Respond to after-hours issues based on severity and impact.
