Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or related field, or equivalent work experience.
• 7+ years of experience with routing and switching in a large enterprise environment.
• 7+ years of experience administering a large, multi-site LAN/WAN network.
• 7+ years of experience working with WAN dynamic routing protocols (BGP, OSPF).
• 5+ years of experience administering WiFi networks, Aruba experience preferred.
• 5+ years of experience administering firewalls, Palo Alto experience preferred.
• 2+ years of experience with cloud networking in Azure and/or AWS environments, including hybrid connectivity solutions.
• Relevant cloud certifications a plus (e.g., Azure/NW Engineer, AWS Advanced Networking).

Responsibilities

• Implements and supports firewall/DMZ security infrastructure, including traffic flow troubleshooting and policy analysis.
• Implements and supports enterprise LAN, WAN and Wi‑Fi systems in a large, multi-site environment.
• Implements and supports routing infrastructure using OSPF, BGP, BGP‑EVPN, and VXLAN encapsulation.
• Administers LAN/WAN/VLAN/802.1x, Wi‑Fi, VoIP, 802.1X authentication, RADIUS, Tacacs+ IPsec Tunnels and VPN technologies.
• Designs, implements, and supports hybrid cloud network connectivity to Microsoft Azure and/or AWS, including ExpressRoute and Transit Gateway architectures.
• Manages and troubleshoots cloud-based NSGs, VNet peering, and cloud firewall policies.
• Supports migration of on-premises network services to cloud and hybrid environments.
• Develops and maintains network automation scripts using PowerShell and Ansible.
