Job summary

Axiom is seeking a Network Engineer to design and install network solutions across on‑premise and cloud environments. You will engage with clients, implement secure connectivity, and document architectures to support ongoing operations.

The ideal candidate has strong customer service skills, hands-on experience with Palo Alto and Juniper platforms, and a background in Windows Server/AD environments. Some after-hours work may be required.

Qualifications

• Evidence of exceptional customer service skills.
• Ability to plan and execute network solutions across on-premise and cloud environments.
• Experience maintaining network infrastructure documentation.
• Desire to stay current with evolving security and networking technologies.

Responsibilities

• Configure and install network hardware including switches, routers, and firewalls.
• Plan and execute server migrations with secure connectivity between on‑premise and cloud.
• Create and maintain client network diagrams and documentation.
• Provide advanced escalation support to the service desk as needed.
