Blue Signal Search is seeking an Infrastructure Security Engineer to strengthen its enterprise security program in Lewes, DE and Rehoboth Beach, DE. You will design, implement, and maintain security controls across Microsoft, AWS, and on‑premises infrastructure while partnering with technology leaders to modernize the environment.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years in infrastructure engineering or related field.
• Hands-on with Microsoft technologies including AD, Entra ID, M365, Defender, and Sentinel.
• Experience securing hybrid cloud and on-prem environments.
• Ability to collaborate across technical teams.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and maintain security controls across Microsoft and AWS.
• Secure identity and access with AD, Entra ID, M365, and AWS IAM.
• Monitor, investigate, and respond to security events with monitoring platforms.
• Collaborate with infra and app teams to remediate vulnerabilities.
• Strengthen hybrid cloud and on‑prem security practices.
• Support security policy and documentation development.
