Qualifications

• 7+ years of hands-on IT experience.
• 4+ years in a senior engineering, consultant, or architect-level role.
• Strong understanding of cloud-based collaboration and telecommunications architectures.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical discovery sessions and workshops to gather requirements.
• Design multi-vendor voice, video, and collaboration solutions.
• Engage directly with customers’ IT and telecom teams.
