Job summary

Mosaic Therapy Collective is seeking a pre-licensed or licensed clinician (psychologist, therapist/counselor, or social worker) to join our small, independent team in a hybrid work setting in Colorado. You will benefit from structured, paid supervision in-house and opportunities for professional growth, with onsite supervision available for pre-licensed clinicians.

The role offers a flexible schedule, a supportive infrastructure, and a strong emphasis on diversity and client-centered care.

Qualifications

• Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling or Clinical Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, or related field.
• Active pre-licensure status (e.g., LPCC, MFTC, SWC) in Colorado ready to see clients.
• Motivated to develop skills in individual, couples, family, and group therapy.
• Passion for working with diverse populations, including children, teens, and adults.
• Commitment to offering at least one evening slot/week (or weekend if you prefer).

Responsibilities

• Maintain a caseload of 26+ clients per week (23 required for full‑time).
• Deliver culturally responsive therapy without administrative tasks or billing burden.
• Actively contribute to Mosaic’s mission of inclusive, justice‑oriented care.
