Qualifications

• Candidates must be registered with DORA as licensed mental health professional with a Colorado license.
• Experience completing DAs, treatment plans, and clinical case notes.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to model boundaries with clients.
• Ability to complete documentation of services in a timely manner.
• Comfort working with a diverse client base.
• Proficient in Office 365 and EHR systems; Valant experience is a plus.
• Knowledge of therapy services, community resources, insurance billing, and mental health documentation.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate mental health diagnosis, create and implement a treatment plan, and complete documentation per company policy.
• Provide excellent client service and collaborate with a team to fill gaps in the community.
• Use creativity in interventions to help clients meet goals.
• Prepare and submit individual session documentation per guidelines.
• Maintain a caseload of 25 billable hours per week for full-time clinicians.
• Coordinate services with case managers, families, and school personnel as needed.
• Other meaningful duties as assigned.
