Job summary

Columbia Mental Health is seeking a Supervising Clinician to lead supervision for unlicensed and intern clinicians and to oversee therapist development. The role includes in-person and telehealth supervision, with potential hybrid work arrangements.

The position requires a Master’s degree, a valid independent license, and strong ethics, HIPAA knowledge, and documentation practices to ensure quality patient care and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree or higher from an accredited program.
• Valid independent clinical license in the state(s) where services are provided.
• Meet minimum post-licensure experience requirements for supervisor as determined by licensing Board.
• Knowledge of state/federal rules and regulations.
• Strong computer abilities and proficiency with electronic medical records.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical supervision and training for unlicensed, graduate level and/or intern clinicians.
• Conduct individual and group supervision and oversee clinical development of therapists.
• Deliver supervision weekly to associate level clinicians; supervision may be live or via video.
