Job summary

Advocate Health seeks an experienced Clinical Trials Manager to oversee industry and federally sponsored studies across multiple sites. You will lead a diverse team, manage study feasibility, startup, conduct and close-out, and drive performance in cardiovascular trials.

The role requires 5 years in clinical trials with at least 3 in management, a Bachelor's degree in Nursing or Health/Life Sciences, and certification (CCRC or CCRP) within 1 year.

Qualifications

• 5 years in clinical trials research with 3 years in management.
• Bachelor's degree in Nursing, Health Science, Life Science, or related field.
• CCRC or CCRP certification within 1 year when eligible.

Responsibilities

• Oversee clinical research across multiple sites from initiation to close-out.
• Lead diverse team of research professionals and ensure study feasibility and regulatory compliance.
