Job summary

Iterative Health is seeking a Senior Clinical Research Coordinator to oversee complex industry-sponsored studies at our sites. You will manage study start-up through closeout, coordinate visits to align with protocols, and ensure regulatory compliance while delivering high-quality patient experiences.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in clinical research or healthcare, a scientific or healthcare degree, and CCRP/CCRC certifications are preferred.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s or Associate degree in a scientific, healthcare, or related field.
5+ years of clinical research or healthcare experience.
Ability to perform blood draws, vitals, and ECGs as applicable.
CCR C/RCP certification (CCRP/CCRC) strongly preferred.
Strong understanding of GCP and FDA regulations.

Responsibilities

Lead and independently manage complex industry-sponsored trials from start-up through closeout.
Coordinate visit schedules and protocol activities to meet timelines and regulatory requirements.
Lead patient recruitment and retention initiatives to support enrollment and engagement.
Mentor and support junior coordinators and research staff on processes and sponsor communications.
Ensure protocol adherence, data quality, and regulatory documentation.
