Job summary

Advocate Health seeks a licensed mental health clinician for a hybrid role in Illinois. You will provide group therapy based on assessments and established treatment plans, as well as individual counseling consistent with department standards. On-site Tue/Wed/Fri, remote Mon/Thu in IL.

You will complete psychosocial assessments, collaborate on multidisciplinary plans, and support discharge planning while maintaining patient records and safety. CPR certification is required.

Qualifications

• MSW or MA/MS in Counseling Psychology required.
• Experience with a variety of age groups preferred.
• Ability to apply therapeutic skills and maintain patient records.

Responsibilities

• Provide group therapy based on assessments and treatment plans.
• Coordinate education and advocacy for psychiatric/substance abuse treatment.
• Complete psychosocial assessments and documentation.
• Contribute to multidisciplinary treatment plans and revisions.
• Deliver group and individual therapy to develop insight and coping skills.
