Job summary

Vivalink is seeking a Clinical Solutions Consultant to work with pharma, biotech, CROs and healthcare providers. You will serve as the trusted technical advisor through the sales process, delivering tailored product demos and guiding evaluation kits, onboarding, and technical discussions.

The role combines clinical insight with customer-facing work to accelerate adoption of digital health solutions in clinical research. Location: Hybrid – Campbell, California.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Biomedical Engineering, Nursing, Healthcare, Engineering, or related field.
• 4+ years in Medical Devices, Digital Health, Healthcare Technology, Pharmaceutical, Biotechnology, CRO, or Clinical Research.
• Experience presenting technical information to customers or healthcare professionals; excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Willingness to travel for customer meetings and conferences.

What We’re Looking For

• 4+ years of experience in one or more of the following: Medical Devices, Digital Health, Healthcare Technology, Pharmaceutical, Biotechnology, CRO, Clinical Research
• Experience presenting technical information to customers or healthcare professionals Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Ability to manage multiple customer opportunities
• Willingness to travel for customer meetings and conferences

• Experience supporting clinical trials
• Experience with wearable technologies
• Remote Patient Monitoring (RPM)
