You will collaborate with study teams, Billing Review Officers, and other stakeholders to resolve discrepancies, review protocols and consent forms, and apply correct billing

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field with 3 years of related experience required.
• Work experience may substitute for education requirement.
• Experience with clinical trial billing, research billing, charge review, or related healthcare revenue cycle activities.
• Knowledge of clinical trial billing concepts and study-specific billing requirements.

Responsibilities

• Review charges and determine billing designation across OnCore/Epic and related systems.
• Interpret protocols, consent forms, coverage analyses to assign billing to trial or insurance.
• Collaborate with study teams to resolve billing questions and discrepancies.
• Identify trends and opportunities to improve trial billing workflows and efficiency.
