• Reporting & Evaluation: monitor, report status of clinical and tech components; track expenditures and ensure targets.
• Planning & Development: coordinate program work plans; develop communications and training materials.
• Leadership & Communications: advise leaders on goals; lead quality improvement processes; ensure cross-department communication.
