Job summary

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Completion of a competency-based MA training program required.
• One year of clinical (direct patient care) and/or medical (administrative patient support) experience required.
• BLS certification within six months of hire or internal transfer required.

Responsibilities

• Clinical: Take and record vital signs, update medical records and reason for visit; assist providers during examinations; conduct basic clinical procedures and collect specimens; coordinate imaging, labs, EKGs, etc.; sterilize equipment and dispose of supplies.
