Job summary

Stepful is hiring a Clinical Coordinator to consolidate and scale our clinical instruction function for nursing programs in the Midwest. You will teach, build a clinical instructor team, and manage site relationships to ensure audit-ready documentation and program alignment.

You will start with a clinical teaching load and gradually lead the instructor team, coordinating site partners and operational systems across Ohio and Michigan with travel up to 50%.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted RN license required.
• Minimum 2+ years teaching clinicals in a nursing program.
• Experience training, onboarding, or mentoring clinical instructors or preceptors.
• Master’s degree in nursing is required for accreditation purposes.
• Ability to travel up to 50% and manage multiple sites.

Responsibilities

• Teach and-model clinical instruction with a two-day teaching load per week.
• Build and lead the clinical instructor team as the program grows.
• Own clinical site relationships and secure new partners as needed.
• Run clinical operations including scheduling, coverage, and onboarding.
• Maintain documentation and compliance for boards and accreditation.
