HealthDrive is seeking a Clinical Documentation Specialist in the San Antonio, TX area. This is a driving role requiring reliable transportation and a valid license. The position offers benefits, a hybrid schedule, and opportunities for growth.

You will manage documentation requests, coordinate outreach with insurers, physicians, patients, and Sales, and ensure timely follow-up and accurate records. Training is provided and the pace is fast and dynamic.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree and/or equivalent work experience required.
• Valid driver’s license and a good driving record.
• Ability to use office equipment and computer software.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Identify and request documents for products and services.
• Follow up on outstanding documentation and deadlines.
• Coordinate outreach to insurers, primary care physicians, patients, and sales.
• Update computer systems for documentation tracking.
• Scan and attach documents to patient records.
• Order DME items from labs and manage paperwork.
• Provide feedback to managers to improve services.
• Other duties as required.
