Job summary

Qualifications

• Completion of a Bachelor's degree.
• Minimum of four years of research experience; a Master's degree may substitute for two years of related experience.

Responsibilities

• Operations, Study and Site Management – coordinate with study teams and Duke offices; ensure compliance with policies and SOPs.
• Description of Portfolio Responsibilities – manage project lifecycle, budgets, and stakeholder communications; mentor staff and ensure program objectives.
• Leadership and Ethics – lead committees, apply professional guidelines, oversee training and certifications; ensure participant safety and regulatory compliance.
