Job summary

Duke Cancer Institute's Adult Bone Marrow Transplant, Hematologic Malignancies & Cellular Therapy Clinical Research Program seeks a Clinical Research Coordinator to join the Multiple Myeloma Clinical Research Team. You will lead and coordinate complex oncology trials across phases I–III, advancing therapies for hematologic cancers while working with a multidisciplinary team.

Qualifications

Minimum of two years of relevant clinical research experience.
DOCR NC Apprenticeship may substitute for one year of required experience.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
Experience maintaining accurate records, documentation, and regulatory files.
Strong organizational, communication, and time management skills.

Responsibilities

Lead and coordinate complex oncology clinical trials across Phases I–III.
Manage participant recruitment, screening, consent, retention, and study visit activities.
Serve as liaison between sponsors, investigators, research teams, regulatory offices and clinical partners.
Oversee data collection, quality assurance, and reporting.
Support regulatory submissions, adverse event reporting, and literature reviews.
