Qualifications

• Master’s Degree in Mental Health, Social Sciences, or other relevant field.
• Licensure in substance use (active or willing to apply) or equivalent.
• 1+ year of relevant field experience demonstrating mental health treatment knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Conduct confidential substance use and mental health assessments in person or via telehealth.
• Determine eligibility and make placement to appropriate care facility.
• Collaborate with treatment teams to support client goals.
• Coordinate with Admissions and front desk for appointment logistics.
• Document all clinical activities in the EMR system and ensure compliance.
