CVS Health in the United States is seeking an Associate Manager/Supervisor to lead our Clinical Applications Support Team, ensuring reliable operation of vital clinical software systems used in patient care.

The role combines people leadership, process improvement, and rigorous adherence to SLAs and ITSM practices, with hybrid/remote options and required CST availability. A minimum of 3 years in management and hands-on clinical app support is expected, along with Epic certification preference.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in an IT Service Desk, Application Support, or similar operational environment.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in a management or supervisory role.
• Demonstrated experience supporting clinical applications (e.g., EHR like Epic, Cerner, or relevant clinical systems).
• Expert-level knowledge of IT Service Management (ITSM) principles and tools (e.g., ServiceNow, Remedy).
• Availability to support help desk operation coverage running 6:00 AM – 7:00 PM Central Time.

Responsibilities

• People Management: Manage staff schedules, including on-call rotations and PTO.
• Incident Management: Act as the escalation point for complex clinical application issues.
• Goal Setting: Translate departmental strategy into measurable OKRs and action plans.
• Training & Documentation: Maintain knowledge base articles and SOPs.
• Resource Allocation: Prioritize workload and tasks in a fast-paced environment.
