Job summary

Greenberg Traurig, LLP is seeking a Client Survey and Compliance Specialist to support the strategy and execution of firmwide client survey responses. This hybrid role collaborates with the marketing, client management, and attorney teams to deliver accurate, timely, and compliant responses.

You will coordinate cross-functional efforts, leverage AI tools to draft and organize content, and ensure consistency with client requirements and firm standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Minimum of five years of marketing and business development experience at a law firm or professional services firm.
• Experience responding to client surveys and proposals.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Partner with marketing, client management, attorneys and other teams to manage client surveys and questionnaires.
• Manage end-to-end process of responding to surveys, due diligence, risk assessments, and vendor inquiries.
• Coordinate information collection across internal stakeholders to complete client requests.
• Analyze client requests for trends and opportunities to improve responses.
• Identify opportunities to enhance client service and operational efficiency.
• Build strong cross-department relationships to support client surveys and proposals.
• Ensure responses comply with client survey requirements and firm standards.
• Monitor evolving client requirements and industry trends related to guidelines and compliance.
• Assist with special projects and firmwide client initiatives.
• Maintain content in the firm's proposal development system.
