Qualifications

• 2–5 years in Client Success or related roles in financial tech.
• Bachelor's degree; fintech service experience is a plus.
• Ability to articulate business value to stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Act as SME in technical solutions and business domains.
• Collaborate with product, sales, and support to drive adoption and impact.
• Build client relationships, enable value realization across lifecycle.
• Understand client objectives and co-create measurable success plans.
• Monitor health data, mitigate risk, improve product adoption and value.
• Highlight expansion opportunities and influence roadmaps with client feedback.
• Bridge product management and clients; partner with sales & services teams.
• Support renewal discussions and articulate renewal value.
