Job summary

PrePad is seeking a Client Success Engineer (Completions Engineer) to bridge clients with our engineering team in a full-time hybrid role. You will own onboarding, clean and organize client data, and translate insights into executive-ready visuals.

You will collaborate with product and engineering to improve UX, deliver impactful presentations, and drive client satisfaction. This role requires US work authorization and strong data skills.

Qualifications

• Authorized to work in the United States; no sponsorship provided.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and calm under pressure.
• Experience wrangling, cleaning, transforming, and analyzing data.
• Strong data management and optimization workflows.
• Experience supporting clients with technical systems.
• Ability to create executive-grade presentations (PowerPoint).

Responsibilities

• Partner with clients to ensure a frictionless onboarding and ongoing experience.
• Work hands-on with client datasets (often messy and unstructured) to extract, organize, and transform key inputs for PrePad.
• Collaborate with engineering and product teams to continuously improve user experience.
• Deliver high-impact, boardroom-level presentations that make data understandable and actionable.
• Serve as an internal expert on completions workflows and client needs.
• Balance technical problem-solving with strong interpersonal client engagement.
