Job summary

Prosperity Life Group, LLC in Austin, TX is seeking a Client Services Representative II to deliver exceptional service to policyholders and financial professionals, answer inquiries, and process policy transactions with accuracy.

You will collaborate with teammates, follow AML and regulatory guidelines, resolve issues, and grow product knowledge in life insurance and annuities while contributing to a high-performing team.

Qualifications

• High School or GED required with 3 years call center customer service or office administrative experience in a fast-paced organization; or associate’s degree with 1–2 years related experience.
• Prior insurance industry experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver responsive, accurate, and professional support via email to policyholders and financial professionals.
• Review and process life insurance and annuity transactions including beneficiary updates and policy changes; calculate cash values and refunds with accuracy.
• Follow AML, IRS reporting guidelines, and fraud prevention protocols to protect customers and business.
• Investigate and resolve outstanding service issues with timely, accurate resolutions; own customer concerns and identify solutions.
• Collaborate with teammates and cross-functional partners to deliver seamless service and meet goals.
• Build expertise in life insurance and annuity products, policy administration, and applicable regulatory requirements.
• Embrace coaching and adapt to changing business needs to grow knowledge and service quality.
