Job summary

Berkshire Hathaway Homestate Companies in Sacramento is hiring a Client Services Account Manager. This role manages a book of workers’ compensation policyholders with a focus on onboarding, renewals and proactive service across internal teams.

You will maintain policyholder communications, conduct quarterly reviews, and leverage Salesforce for data integrity. A strong knowledge of workers’ comp and customer service is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required. Three years of workers’ compensation claims handling or client services experience desired.
• Strong understanding of workers’ compensation and claims processes.

Responsibilities

• Resolves customer service issues and liaises with internal departments to ensure timely resolution.
• Onboards new policyholders and brokers, conducts prospect calls and meetings.
• Conducts quarterly claims reviews with policyholders and brokers for assigned accounts.
• Maintains accurate account information in Salesforce and supports renewals.
• Builds relationships with policyholders and brokers and communicates updates effectively.
