Job summary

Orion is seeking a Client Services Manager to lead our client services team, ensuring top-tier advisor satisfaction and strong client relationships while driving growth. You will monitor performance, mentor staff, and partner across departments to improve servicing metrics and stay ahead of industry trends.

Role requires leadership, strategic thinking, and a commitment to compliant, high-quality service. Hybrid work with on-site presence is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration or related field.
• Minimum of 3 years in progressive client-facing roles at a high level.
• Experience leading client services teams and driving satisfaction.
• Willingness to obtain Orion Industry Certification.

Responsibilities

• Actively manage team members to ensure an unparalleled advisor experience.
• Measure, document, and report performance metrics at the team and individual level.
• Provide leadership and mentoring to team members by ensuring accountability, continued training and professional development.
• Analyze team servicing effectiveness and efficiency to make recommendations for continued improvements.
• Ongoing coaching and review of team members performance.
• Interact with advisors/clients to resolve servicing concerns and strengthen servicing relationships.
• Coordinate business activities across departments including sales, operations, product, and development.
• Manage vendor relationships to ensure accuracy and ease of use for Orion and its clients.
• Ensure execution of all industry and Orion compliance requirements.
