The role focuses on delivering robust operational support to client groups, partnering with Global Operations, Trading, and Portfolio Implementation to enhance service, reduce risk, and scale processes.

Ideal candidates bring 3+ years in financial services, strong regulatory knowledge, and proven communication skills.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in the financial services industry, ideally within investment management, asset servicing / custodian banking.
• Solid understanding of capital market operations and regulatory requirements.
• Well-developed interpersonal, presentation and communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Effective decision-making, problem-solving and negotiation skills.
• Organized, self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities.
• Experience with productivity and low-code tools such as Copilot, Power Automate, Python, High Gear, Alteryx is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Provide operational support and solutions to client teams by analyzing and resolving complex issues and questions.
• Work with internal and external stakeholders, including clients, vendors, custodians, and global teams, to ensure smooth delivery of services.
• Support specific geographies and client types (sovereign, pension, insurance, sub advisory).
• Utilize regional expertise and language skills to deliver support aligned with Americas client regulatory expectations and market practices.
• Develop breadth of knowledge across investment strategies and market operations to serve clients effectively.
• Develop and implement effective operational solutions, policies, and procedures to deliver high-quality service and support new products.
• Identify and implement process improvements and best practices to enhance efficiency, quality, and scalability.
