Job summary

Wellington Management in Boston is seeking a Client Service Operations Analyst to join the Client Service Operations team. Based in Boston, you will partner with Global Operations, Trading and Portfolio Implementation to deliver best-in-class operational support and scalable processes.

You will analyze complex issues for client teams, work with clients, custodians and vendors, and help minimize risk while expanding use of enterprise tools like Copilot, Power Automate, Python and Alteryx to drive

Qualifications

3+ years in financial services, ideally investment management or asset servicing
Solid understanding of capital market operations and regulatory requirements
Strong interpersonal, presentation, and written communication skills
Decision making, problem solving, and negotiation abilities
Organized, proactive, and able to handle fast-paced priorities
Experience with productivity tools and low-code platforms is a plus

Responsibilities

Provide operational support and solutions to client teams by analyzing and resolving complex issues
Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders including clients, vendors, custodians, and global teams
Support specific geographies and client types (sovereign, pension, insurance, sub-advisory)
Leverage regional expertise to meet Americas client regulatory expectations
Develop and implement client operations policies and procedures
Identify and drive process improvements to increase efficiency and scalability
