Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Associate’s degree in business/finance preferred.
• Minimum 1 year experience in retirement account/financial services.
• Minimum 1 year experience in a customer-driven environment.
• Experience with IRS guidelines preferred.
• In-person collaboration and team/meeting participation.

Responsibilities

• Processes new client accounts, transfers, file maintenance, purchases, sales, distributions and closures.
• Provides status updates to clients on accounts and transfers.
• Resolves client concerns through research and timely responses.
• Communicates with Relationship Manager, Dealer, and Client to clarify information.
• Updates client information across systems to ensure accuracy.
• Processes returned mail and mails client documents.
• Coordinates cash and asset transfers through custodians.
• Ensures data verification for timely processing of transfers.
• Communicates with the team to resolve issues and prevent delays.
• Maintains workloads to meet internal SLAs.
• Follows document maintenance and retention procedures.
• Collaborates across departments to resolve client requests.
• Adheres to assigned work schedule with regular attendance.
