Job summary

Fidelity TalentSource is seeking a Brokerage Operations Representative in Covington, KY to provide outstanding customer service by accurately establishing and updating brokerage accounts, and initiating asset transfers in line with our procedures.

This role involves processing client requests through multiple channels (not inbound/outbound calls) and requires 1–2 years in transaction processing or customer service, with financial services experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• 1–2 years in transaction processing, data entry, or customer service environment.
• Financial services experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer service and accurately establish brokerage accounts.
• Process incoming transfer of asset requests following established procedures.
• Analyze applications and establish brokerage accounts accurately using multiple systems.
• Participate in process improvement initiatives to enhance workflow, quality, efficiency, and policy & procedure.
• Collaborate with business partners and external customers via email.
