Job summary

Christian Copyright Licensing International (CCLI) in Vancouver, WA is seeking a Customer Service Representative to support customer needs by answering questions, providing information on licenses and services, and offering first level technical support.

You will contact existing customers to ensure retention, process orders for new and renewing licenses, and perform outbound calls to prospective customers from marketing campaigns. The role is hybrid, requiring three days a week in the office.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or two years of equivalent work experience in customer service.
• Excellent written and verbal communications skills.
• Fluency in Spanish or a territorial second language desired.
• Critical thinking skills with ability to apply sound judgment.
• Highly organized, ability to multi-task and prioritize effectively.
• Solutions oriented approach to problem solving.

Responsibilities

• Responds to large volumes of incoming calls and written communications to ensure timely and accurate responses to customer needs.
• Asks qualifying questions to identify customer needs and recommends appropriate products and services.
• Follows up on leads and performs outbound calling to prospective customers from marketing campaigns.
• Provides information about CCLI’s licenses and services (including CVLI and ScreenVue) and explains terms and rights.
• Assists customers with license renewals and access to license information.
• Guides customers in proper license application and use of tools to access information.
