Progressive Insurance is seeking a claims adjuster trainee in a hybrid role for Western PA offices. You will learn to determine coverage, liability, interview claimants, partner with appraisers, and negotiate with carriers.

The training lasts 13 weeks with a set schedule and then ongoing hours, largely in-office with some home work. You must reside within 40 miles of Erie, Monroeville, or Wexford offices; salary during training is hourly with post-training salary of $54,000–$57,500 per year plus

Qualifications

• Minimum Qualifications: Three years of work experience OR Bachelor’s degree OR Two years work experience and an associate degree.
