Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience providing customer driven solutions, support, and/or service.

Responsibilities

• Request and obtain documents/records for workers' compensation claims or legal investigations, following timelines.
• Forward received records to correct file and verify quality for customer presentation.
• Review, authorize, submit, and reconcile invoices for records per regulations and policies.
• Provide guidance on billing practices and assist providers with invoice discrepancies and e-billing.
• Handle complex matters, escalate when needed, and liaise with medical providers and vendors.
