Qualifications

• 1 year of claims environment experience.
• Hybrid in-office role in Santa Ana, CA (2–3 days/wk).

Responsibilities

• Heavy claim intake and setup.
• Prepare and send emails, letters, and reports to insureds, defense counsel, and other stakeholders.
• Track, reconcile, and update invoices paid by insureds and vendors; handle deductibles and settlements.
• Upload, scan, and organize documents in claim systems; manage claim workflow.
• Record costs for postage, photocopying, and other admin expenses.
