Progressive is recruiting a claims adjuster trainee. You will learn to move claims from start to finish in a hybrid role, with in-office days and remote days, supported by a collaborative team and leadership coaching.

During training you’ll cover coverage determination, liability assessment, interviewing customers, and coordinating repairs, with licensing needed to adjust claims for Progressive.

Qualifications

• Three years of work experience OR
• Bachelor’s degree OR
• Two years work experience and an associate degree.
• Licensing exam required to adjust claims for Progressive.

Responsabilités

• Determine coverage.
• Determine liability for damages.
• Interview customers, claimants, and witnesses.
• Partner with appraisers/estimators to manage vehicle repairs.
• Negotiate with customers and other insurance carriers and resolve claims.
