Job summary

• High School diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred.
• 0-2 years of related claims experience preferred.
• Strong computer skills including Microsoft Office Suite; knowledge of state and federal laws helpful.

Responsibilities

• Handle claims related to property damage or loss and determine coverage per policy terms.
• Investigate and gather information from claimants and other sources; interview insureds.
• Communicate updates and decisions clearly to policyholders and team members.
• Prepare denial letters and settlement communications as needed.
