Kleinfelder is seeking a Civil Site Designer/Engineer to join our multidisciplinary team in the Dover/Delaware area. You will develop engineered construction plans using Civil 3D, collaborate with civil engineers, and contribute to high-quality project delivery.

This hybrid role supports growth across private and public-sector projects. Ideal candidates will hold a civil engineering degree, be EI/EIT licensed, and have at least 2 years of related experience with AutoCAD Civil 3D.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering.
• 2+ years of related experience.
• Engineering Intern (EI) or Engineer-in-Training (EIT) license required.
• Proficiency with AutoCAD Civil 3D.

Mansioni

• Utilizing Civil 3D Software: Creating construction plans, alignments, profiles, and grading features to produce engineered designs.
• Collaborating with Project Teams: Working with civil engineers, project leaders, and other team members to develop and refine engineering designs.
• Design and Planning: Designing site layouts, stormwater management systems, grading plans, and infrastructure for clients.
• Project Coordination: Leading project meetings with internal staff, clients, and agencies to ensure deadlines and budgets are met.
• Ensuring Compliance: Following client and internal design standards and procedures to deliver high-quality designs.

Formazione
