Qualifications

• Experience collecting, validating, and reporting data for compliance or program performance with dashboards and summaries.
• Ability to manage administrative or fiscal tasks with attention to policies, deadlines, and accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Support the Supervisor I with research, data analysis, policy development, and administrative tasks.
• Monitor civil rights compliance and prepare reports to ensure program objectives meet state and federal requirements.
• Prepare and present findings; assist with procurement and fiscal processes as needed.
