Job summary

Entellus, Inc. is seeking a qualified Civil Project Manager to join the Water/Wastewater team in Phoenix, Arizona.

The role oversees engineers and technical staff in developing plans, specifications, reports, and cost estimates for water and wastewater infrastructure projects including booster pump stations, wells, storage tanks, lift stations, odor control, and water/sewer lines. A strong background in water/wastewater infrastructure is required, along with a PE license or ability to obtain it

Qualifications

BS in Engineering and 15+ years of experience.
Registered Professional Engineer in Arizona or ability to become registered within six months.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
Strong communication skills and ability to interact with Entellus staff and external clients.
Willingness to travel as needed.

Responsibilities

Design and construction oversight of water/wastewater infrastructure projects.
Oversee the preparation of plans, specifications, cost estimates, reports, modeling, calculations, and QA/QC processes.
Coordinate with client/owner, subconsultants, contractors, and utility companies during design and construction.
Assist in business development and preparation of qualification-based proposals.
Develop and negotiate scopes of work and fee proposals with client/owner.
