Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in civil engineering and licensure preferred.
• Eight or more years in civil engineering with at least 3 years in assistant project management.
• Experience in land development for residential and commercial projects.
• Strong knowledge of municipal codes and regulations.
• Proficiency with AutoCAD Civil 3D and hydrology/hydraulic tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead project development, scope finalization, budgets and cost estimates.
• Manage day-to-day project progress across multiple projects to meet time and budget milestones.
• Prepare designs, specifications, plans, estimates and reports.
• Review cost sheets and ensure timely billings within budget.
• Maintain client relationships and drive profitability and growth.
• Coordinate with internal teams, subcontractors, and design partners.
• Provide technical design support and coordinate design aspects across teams.
• Assist marketing with presentations and new client development.
