Job summary

Master Planning Management is seeking a Project Engineer/Civil Engineer to provide technical leadership for land development projects in Pomona, CA, including grading, drainage, paving, roadways, water/sewer systems, fencing, retaining walls, and related site infrastructure for transmission facilities.

The role requires eight or more years of Civil Engineering experience, a Bachelor’s degree, proficiency with AutoCAD Civil 3D, Bluebeam, and Microsoft tools, and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering.
• Eight or more years of civil/land development design experience.
• Experience providing engineering construction field support.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D, Bluebeam, and Microsoft tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead civil/structural analysis, design, detailing, and CAD drafting.
• Provide construction support and site inspections.
• Coordinate with design contractors and field personnel.
• Define objectives, timelines, risks, milestones, and budgets.
• Mentor junior engineers and lead project teams.

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering

Professional Engineering License preferred
